EARLY DEPARTURE
To avoid an early departure fee, kindly reconfirm your departure date prior date of arrival, an early departure charge at room rate will be applied if the departure date is earlier than the original committed date of check out.
PAYMENT POLICY
This hotel requires that all rooms be pre-paid for the full period of stay.
Please settle your invoices as promptly as possible in order to ensure that your accommodations are secured before you arrive.
No Show: 100% fully charge and no refund
For any of the above, the event organizers will do their utmost to negotiate with the hotel to keep your charges as low as possible, but this depends on the hotel’s occupancy at the time and the event organizers cannot guarantee that they will be successful in obtaining lower cancellation charges.

Application form for a letter of invitation
You may require a visa when you come to Thailand for business and/or leisure. Not all countries have to apply for a visa. Since legislation for visa application is changing from time to time, we advise you to check the current status for your country with your local embassy.
If you do require a visa please make sure that you submit your application on time, since the procedure takes a few weeks.
You must apply for your visa personally at the Royal Thai Embassy or Thai Consulate in your country of origin. For your application, you need a letter of invitation. With this form below, you can apply for a letter of invitation from the Gloabl Coference team.

VISA INFORMATION
Upon arrival in Thailand, foreign citizens must hold a valid passport with at least six months validity, a valid Thai visa, and proof on onward travel. However, visitor from ASIAN or Western countries, including most European, Commonwealth, and North American citizens, are not required to have a Thai visa for visits less than 30 days in Thailand. They will be granted access through Thailand immigration with a 30 Thai visa waiver, provided upon arrival. After such time, a Thai visa extension from an immigration office or a Thailand visa from an embassy or consulate outside of Thailand is required. Immigration policies are subject to change: check with a Thai Embassy or Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the latest information.
Generally, a foreign citizen who wishes to enter the Kingdom of Thailand is required to obtain a visa from a Royal Thai Embassy or a Royal Thai Consulate-General. However, nationals of certain countries do not require a visa if they meet visa exemption requirements.
